Return Period
At Star Shoes Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Important Note:
The 30-day return period begins from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase. Please keep your order confirmation and tracking information for reference.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused: Shoes must be in their original condition with no signs of wear
- Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original box with all tags attached
- Clean condition: Shoes should be free from dirt, stains, or odors
- All accessories included: Dust bags, extra laces, and any promotional items must be included
- Original receipt: Proof of purchase is required for all returns
How to Return Your Items
Follow these simple steps to return your Star Shoes Brand purchase:

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label.
Securely package your items in the original box with all accessories and documentation.
Attach the prepaid return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Policy Note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns:
- Contact our support team to initiate an exchange
- Return your original item following our return process
- We'll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly
Exchange Shipping: We'll cover return shipping costs for exchanges within the same product line. Cross-category exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
We accept returns from international customers within the same 30-day period. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Important: International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
